Older brother of John Cargill Jones, Thomas Williamson Jones (1788 or 1789-1824) was a member of the Philanthropic Society and graduated from the University in 1810. He attended the medical school of the University of Pennsylvania and practiced medicine in Lawrenceville, VA.
